The SGS factory inspection this time was comprehensive and detailed, covering multiple dimensions such as quality management system, production process, environmental protection measures, and social responsibility. In terms of quality management system, the audit team thoroughly reviewed the quality manual, procedural documents, and various quality records of Xinran Factory, and evaluated the quality control mechanism throughout the entire process from raw material procurement to product delivery. Xinran's strict supplier admission system and raw material testing process have been recognized by the audit team, and all key components must pass strict testing to ensure the quality of the product at the source.

On the production process, the auditor conducted on-site inspections of the production workshop. Xinran's advanced production equipment, such as intelligent CNC machining centers and fully automated assembly lines, greatly improves production efficiency and product accuracy. At the same time, the factory adopts standardized operating procedures, with clear operating specifications and quality inspection standards for each production process, ensuring the stability and consistency of product quality. In the finished product testing process, Xinran is equipped with a multidimensional performance testing system to comprehensively test each compressor, ensuring that its performance meets or exceeds relevant standards.

環(huán)境管理也是此次驗(yàn)廠的重點(diǎn)。信然工廠積極踐行綠色發(fā)展理念，在清潔能源使用、廢水廢氣處理及固廢回收利用等方面成效顯著。工廠投入使用的光伏電站項(xiàng)目，為生產(chǎn)提供了部分清潔能源，有效降低了碳排放。廢水廢氣處理設(shè)施運(yùn)行良好，各項(xiàng)排放指標(biāo)均符合環(huán)保要求，固廢也得到了妥善的分類回收與處理。

Environmental management is also a key focus of this factory inspection. Xinran Factory actively practices the concept of green development and has achieved significant results in the use of clean energy, wastewater and exhaust gas treatment, and solid waste recycling. The photovoltaic power station project put into use by the factory provides some clean energy for production and effectively reduces carbon emissions. The wastewater and exhaust gas treatment facilities are operating well, and all emission indicators meet environmental protection requirements. Solid waste has also been properly classified, recycled, and treated.
